Quddus believes the healing process is a journey, which must involve the whole being: mind, body, and spirit and views the individual through a “systems” based lens.
Quddus is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. He has taught clinical courses at Naropa University's Graduate School of Psychology.
Quddus has worked for many years in the human services field, including Bilingual Case Management at the Ozone House in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Angel Heart Children’s Shelter in Austin, Texas. After moving to Boulder, he had worked in addictions at AIM House and Northstar Transitions and has served as Clinical Director at Choice House.
Currently, Quddus is the director of REALIZE Recovery, an outpatient substance abuse program in Boulder CO.

Quddus describes himself as a world citizen having lived in several Latin American countries and visited multiple continents. He lives with his wife and children in Boulder.
